These classes are Combination of Hatha yoga and Vinyasa flow. We will mix up the sequences of fast movement to heat up our body and slower movement in different kinds of asana. Once we will connect our movement with our breath we can enjoy the feeling of every position. We will learn how to do every asana in healthy way not to hurt ourselves and have a good feeling in every posture, we will find out benefits of every posture and explore the different qualities of movement by enhancing our strength, balance and flexibility. This yoga class is a great opportunity to compensate an hours behind the computer and relax our body.

Vera has over 2 years of yoga teaching experience. She has been teaching different kinds of movement around 10 years now. She started with Contemporary and jazz dance, then continued as physiotherapist and health exercises instructor. During past few years she‘s had plenty of general, private yoga lessons per week and individual movement lessons.
