Problems with hands, wrists, shoulders, the neck and hips are just a few of the areas in which long periods of sitting in bad posture can wreak havoc on our bodies.
Discover quick, practical and accessible movements for addressing these issues in a one hour workshop with Certified Instructor of White Tiger Qi Gong, Adrian Baker. We will go through specific movements designed to increase the flow of energy throughout the body and to address the specific problems that can arise from prolong periods of sitting in front of screens.
